What is ProMANAGE Academy?
ProMANAGE Academy was founded by Doruk Automation to provide added value to all of its solution partners who use ProMANAGE in their factories, to increase enhancements provided to a factory via detailing the use of the system, make users from different sectors come together and to complete the missing points. Within the scope of the Academy, smart manufacturing consultants who are experts in their fields give trainings to ProMANAGE users in certain training centers within an informative, motivating and pleasant organization.
ProMANAGE Academy was founded by Doruk Automation to provide added value to all of its solution partners who use ProMANAGE in their factories, to increase enhancements provided to a factory via detailing the use of the system, make users from different sectors come together and to complete the missing points.
The users who complete their trainings successfully are put to a test at the end of the program. Achievement certificates featuring the participant’s name and a serial number are given to successful participants, while those who are not entitled to get an achievement certificate are given special participation certificates with their names on. ProMANAGE Academy was founded in 2017 and within a year, more than 300 ProMANAGE users attended one of the seven different training programs provided within the scope of the Periodical Trainings depending on the requirements of their work fields. The participants who completed these trainings given by Doruk Automation authorities can effectively operate and use the ProMANAGE Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) System in their factories after the trainings.

ProMANAGE Advanced User Training
This training aims to teach users how to become ProMANAGE Advanced Level Users who can use the system in a more productive way and for advanced purposes, organize the system depending on needs, help other users and prepare substructures. This training was designed for manufacturing, planning, method development and continuous improvement officials.
Competencies that users will gain within the scope of this training are as follows: ;
- Has full command of the “system topology” and knowledge of assembling components.
- Can manage the basic description elements in the system.
- Knows the functioning systematics of the data gathering structure
- Has complete knowledge on ProMANAGE’s most basic scope and the opportunities it can provide to a factory.
Gains the viewpoint of planning what needs to be done to decrease losses and increase productivity in a factory with OEE management information necessary for the daily manufacturing operations to be carried out rapidly and in detail.
- Gains the skill of interpreting data gathered in ProMANAGE, analyzing and eliminating extraordinary situations.
- Gains knowledge of the applications made with web service.
- Knows how to introduce a user to the system and to manage the rights and authorities of the current users.
- Gains the skill of generating reports that are necessary in parallel with the subject of improvement that he is working on.
- Can carry out the management and usage of the Machine Indicator’s screen design, report templates and Incident Module.
KeyUser Training
This training aims to teach users how to become ProMANAGE KeyUsers who are experts in using the ProMANAGE system in the most appropriate and productive way in factories, in determining and eliminating possible problems beforehand and who have knowledge on additional modules and full command of the entire system. This training is designed for manufacturing, planning, method development and continuous improvement officials.
Competencies that users will gain within the scope of this training are as follows:
- Can effectively operate and use the ProMANAGE system in factories.
- Can manage the settings and parameters of the ProMANAGE system.
- Can carry out the applications regarding setup, upgrades, data backup, system and NetPC performance measuring.
- Can conduct the use and management of sending automatic emails and SMS’, web service and other services.
- Knows how to use the support portal.
- Has knowledge on the existence of additional modules and the purpose they serve.
- Can add or remove “new machines,” PC and users to the system.
- Can use the system in a level that enables him to set up the additional modules that his company uses, change settings, manage and respond to its mistakes.
- Can manage and effectively use the system in factories on the issues of controlling basic level data gathering operability, using the entire system, giving system trainings, determining operational problems and creating solutions.
- Has command of the system topology, system log records and examination tools in the level that he can find the system’s problems regarding IT, hardware, and software via finding the root cause through backward tracing.
Hardware Specialist Training
This training aims to teach users how to become competent maintenance officials who are familiar with the hardware that serves data gathering, who can carry out cabling and put it into use, determine problems in the data gathering system, who knows the methods to solve problems and the tools that need to be used for this purpose in the factories that ProMANAGE Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) System is set up. This training was planned for maintenance officials.
Competencies that users will gain within the scope of this training are as follows:
- Gains knowledge on data gathering systematics.
- Gains knowledge on data gathering network structure.
- Can establish signal connections and carry out their controls.
- Can determine communication performance and communication problems.
- Can add a new KeyPDT to the network line and can put it into use.
IT Specialist Training
This training aims to teach users how to become competent IT officials who have knowledge on healthy functioning of ProMANAGE system’s hardware and software components, who can eliminate a problem in case there is one that stems from network, computer and server system, who have full command of the system’s topological structure and knowledge of effective setup of its hardware and software components and who can manage the services introduced to the system. This training was designed for IT and network officials.
Competencies that users will gain within the scope of this training are as follows::
- Can make client setup.
- Can upload upgrades to the system.
- Can provide support to the related users in the problems regarding Mail/SMS modules, mobile devices and clients.
- Has knowledge on the services introduced to the system and how to introduce these services.
- Can use Backup Settings and can take the system’s backup.
- Can examine and interpret the log files of the services defined to system on the web service and can archive these files.
- Has knowledge on accessing the system from outside the company.
Dashboard Preparation Training
This training aims to teach users how to become ProMANAGE users who can introduce AndroidOSD screens that ensure the sharing of production data and warnings related to production data with the operator, form and manage AndroidOSD screen designs, make the identifications necessary for the formed designs to be displayed on machines and who are familiar with the variables and elements that can be shown on the designs. This training was designed for manufacturing, planning, method development, continuous improvement officials. AndroidOSD setup and its technical aspects are not within the scope of this training.
Competencies that users will gain within the scope of this training are as follows:
- Putting AndroidOSDs of which physical connections were made to use.
- Knows for what purpose the elements and tracking variables that can be shown on AndroidOSD screens are used.
- Can form and manage AndroidOSD screen designs.
- Can identify and manage the machines that are wished to be shown on AndroidOSD screens.
Maintenance Management Module Training
This training aims to teach users how to become ProMANAGE users who can make the identifications of equipment, personnel, spare parts and plans within the scope of the maintenance management module, manage the accidental and planned maintenance works, who have knowledge on how to form the demand, order and work records in the system and who knows which reports can be obtained from the system regarding the works carried out within the scope of maintenance. This training was designed for maintenance officials.

- Has knowledge on the purpose of use of Maintenance Management Module.
- Learns the functions of Maintenance Management Module.

This training aims to teach users how to become ProMANAGE users who have knowledge on which methods can be used to gather quality data from the system within the scope of the quality management module, who can define test and measurement tools, input the test results to the system in a way that suits the carried out definitions the most and make SPC analysis of the test values that were inputted. This training was designed for quality officials.
