In the ProMANAGE Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) System, upgrades and additions can be made with an additional software revision. For these upgrades to be carried out, customer needs are analyzed initially and a technical scope of how they can be done in the ProMANAGE system is prepared.
Depending on the technical scope that is prepared, the work’s software and project efforts are determined and an offer is sent. When the order is placed after the offer is approved by the customer, the Technical Support after Sales unit establishes coordination with the customer and other related units for the preparation of making the software, testing it and its user manuals and as a result, an additional offer is presented. When the work is concluded, the software revision is presented to the factory through remote access or sending an upgrade.
