Statement on Ms. Gönül Kamalı’s appointment

Dear Business Partners, I am pleased to inform you about the following changes and appointments at the Executive Management of Doruk Automation.

Ms. Aylin Tülay Özden, who had been the General Manager since 1998, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the ProMANAGE Smart Manufacturing Solutions Corp. IL/USA, as of September 1st, 2017.



Ms. Gönül Kamalı, who had been the Vice President – R&D of Netaş A.Ş. since 1990, has been appointed as the General Manager, replacing Ms. Aylin Tülay Özden as of March 1, 2018.

I wish Ms. Özden and Ms. Kamalı success in their new positions. I’m fully confident that their contributions to our company’s success will continue at an increasing pace.
